Returns Policy:

Are your Jen's Handmade Cookies not up to scratch? Our cookies are all handmade, so sometimes mistakes can happen. In this case, please return the unopened items within 30days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the problem is our error, we'll gladly pay the return shipping costs too.

We will endeavour to refund your money as soon as possible, but sometimes this can take up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your understanding of this delay and will work as quickly as possible for you on this matter.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping:

Most of Jen's cookies and products can be shipped anywhere in the world but there are some restrictions on certain products.

When placing your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you depending on availability and the shipping option you choose. Please note: these dates are estimates based on information given to us from the courier company.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based and as per the policies of courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. You can check the weight of each of Jen's products in the detail page.
