Shipping & Returns
Jen’s Handmade Cookies has a strict quality criteria that we adhere to at all times. However, if for some reason you are less than happy with your purchase, we need to know about it. Please return the unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If the problem is our error, we'll gladly pay the return shipping costs.
We will endeavour to refund your money as soon as possible, however sometimes this can take up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your understanding with this delay, and we always work quickly to resolve these matters.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link located under the “My Account” menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Most of Jen's cookies and products can be shipped anywhere in the world, however there are some restrictions on certain products.
When placing your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you depending on both availability and the shipping option you choose. Please note: these dates are estimates based on information given to us from the courier company.
Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, and as per the policies of courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram. You can check the weight of each product on the detail page.
